Innovation is part of Morada Decor’s essence. Over recent years, various creations by our brand have been recognized by leading national and international design awards—a direct reflection of a philosophy that unites creativity, engineering, handcrafted production, and collaboration with some of Brazil’s most talented designers.
Here, we bring together the chairs, armchairs, and the table that have been validated by these honors and, beyond the trophies, the ideas and processes that brought each of them to life.
MULTI-AWARD-WINNING PORTFOLIO
Cinema Chair

A' Design Award 2024 (Bronze) e Muse Design Awards 2023 (Silver)
Design by Juliano Schmidt
Created to pair with the Cinema Dining Table, the chair was born from the same inspirational universe: cinematic imagery and the nostalgia of the director’s chairs that marked decades of productions.
The challenge was to translate this reference without falling into replication—balancing contemporary comfort with a visual language that dialogues with the past while looking toward the future.
The result is a piece versatile enough to harmonize with any architectural style.
Origens Chair
Muse Design Awards 2024
Design by Juliano Schmidt
Origens was born from pure observation of Brazilian nature—a study of organic forms that, long before any technical sketch, began as an exercise in contemplating the surrounding vegetation.
This very essence would later become the starting point for the Origens Bar Stool, proving that the original concept had the depth to unfold into an entire product line.
Selena Chair

iF Design Award 2025 (Gold), A' Design Award 2025 (Silver) e Design Skill Awards 2024 (Platinum)
Design by Aciole Félix
The name Selena was chosen to capture the essence of the chair’s surfaces: fluid and gentle, in a design that bridges minimalism with subtle formal complexity.
CNC-milled, the piece combines artisanal woodworking and state-of-the-art technology to achieve continuous surfaces and a refined finish in every detail.
Aciole Félix shaped its design around a sculptural aesthetic, blending art and functionality.
The highlight is the natural cane weaving, which begins at the backrest and wraps around the entire seat—a detail that brings visual lightness, making the piece feel less structured, more fluid, and conveying freedom and elegance.
Eclipse Chair

Houzz Awards 2024 (Platinum)
Design by Luiz Bossardi
“An eclipse is the total or partial obscuring of a celestial body caused by the passage of another body in front of it or between it and its source of illumination.”
It was from this definition that Luiz Bossardi set out to design the piece, featuring a lateral detail that directly evokes the shape of the celestial phenomenon.
Just as an eclipse requires perfect alignment to occur, each piece of the collection undergoes meticulous manufacturing processes, resulting in a chair that balances symbolism, elegance, and functionality in equal measure.
Gorducha Chair

Muse Design Awards 2025 (Silver)
Design by Juliano Schmidt
Gorducha translates our vision of original design into generous curves and genuine comfort.
Crafted in solid Jequitibá wood, the piece celebrates Brazilian identity both in its raw material and its gesture.
From the delicately sculpted rear hollow to a silhouette that embraces like a hug, every detail was conceived to harmonize form, warmth, and functionality in perfect balance.
Hera Chair

Muse Design Awards 2026 (Gold)
Design by Juliano Schmidt
Hera stems from the concept of the “eternal bride”: purity, feminine strength, and timeless bonds translated into continuous lines evoking veil, crown, and shelter.
Structurally, the piece reduces its support system to two primary points, creating a feeling of visual suspension without compromising structural integrity.
Crafted from certified Jequitibá wood, it pairs precision CNC milling with handcrafted finishing—a solution designed to endure.
Singular Chair

Muse Design Awards 2026 (Silver)
Design by Emerson Borges
With a minimalist language and sculptural character, Singular balances art and utility in a design that values every line and void.
Visually light, its structure explores the dialogue between solids and voids, integrating negative space into the very lines of the piece.
The wood, shaped with artisanal precision, takes center stage; far beyond functional, Singular asserts itself as an original piece celebrating the essential.
Soli Chair

A' Design Award & Competition 2026 (Bronze)
Design by João Demele
Soli is born from a mindful look at Brazil's organic wealth.
João Demele translated this diversity into a single, continuous gesture—an icon without ruptures, featuring only seamless transitions between the backrest and base structure.
Above all, Soli is an embrace translated into design: fluidity of form serving as a direct response to the comfort the piece promises to deliver.
Corpore Armchair

Muse Design Awards 2025 (Gold)
Design by YE Design
Poltrona Arc

Muse Design Awards 2026 (Ouro)
Design por YE Design
Corpore is an expression of the body in motion, transforming wood into a vibrant, harmonious element.
Its precisely sculpted core evokes the human torso and the grace of two legs in a mid-air pirouette, symbolizing poise and lightness.
The seamless design eliminates any visual interruption, evoking the harmony of the golden ratio found in Leonardo da Vinci’s masterpieces.
The backrest appears to hover, supported by armrests that organically integrate into the rest of the piece, inviting the exploration of sensations.
Trio Armchair

SIT Furniture Design Award 2026
Design by Rafael Schmidt and Juliano Schmidt
Conceived as a personal sanctuary, Trio embraces body and mind with organic forms that wrap, shelter, and soothe—an invitation to mindful rest.
Its continuous curves in solid Jequitibá wood form an authentic welcoming shell, CNC-machined with high precision and finished by hand.
Upholstered in off-white bouclé fabric, the piece balances technique and emotion in a functional sculpture crafted for the present moment.
Cinema Dining Table

Design Skill Awards 2024 (Gold) e Salão de Gramado 2025 (Bronze)
Design by Juliano Schmidt
The inspiration for the Cinema Dining Table came from the steps of the iconic Dolby Theatre in Los Angeles—the home of the Oscars and a premier emblem of the silver screen.
The intent was to create a piece carrying the same glamour and elegance of the pathway leading to the pinnacle of cinematic celebration.
The tabletop and base are sculpted from solid Jequitibá wood, revealing the natural beauty of the material with a finish honoring its authentic marks: nature's own "fingerprints."
More than a dining table, it stands as an icon merging cutting-edge technology and artisanal craftsmanship.
MORE THAN TROPHIES
Each of these achievements reaffirms a conviction underlying every creation at Morada Decor: the value of a piece does not lie in the volume of resources it gathers, but in the discernment behind every choice made.
For architects, designers, and retailers, this portfolio stands as a guarantee that every specified piece has already been validated by the most discerning eyes in world design.
